How to make your poolside wedding special
After such a lovely May, summer looks to be full of scorching hot, bright, sunny days. What better for a poolside wedding? And what can you do with decorations and layouts to make this an unforgettable celebration? Evergreen ribbon: perfect in every detail
If you want to add a special touch to your decorations, especially if outdoors, then we recommend our Evergreen ribbon, and here’s why:
- perfect colour. It’s available in bright green, which is ideal for a summer wedding with poolside buffet;
- great texture. The cool, special texture is reminiscent of green leaves. Perfect for an outdoor event;
- suitable for use outdoors. This lovely ribbon can be used to create decorations hours or even days in advance. Since it is made from polypropylene, it is able to withstand the elements, sunlight and even splashes from the pool.
Evergreen ribbon: creative combinations
This bright green ribbon can be used for lots of different, green-themed decorations in different places. Use it to embellish the seat of the violinist who will be playing during the evening, or even as a running motif in different creations, like the bridal bouquet or the floral decorations on table centrepieces. For the bouquet, cut some leaves in Evergreen ribbon and fasten them on some wire to thread among the other flowers, using the ribbon itself to secure the stems of the bouquet. For more original decorations, wrap the ribbon around sponge cylinders soaked in water, and decorate with fresh flowers; secure with some raffia and you have created flower sushi. You can also add details and pieces of ribbon to glass jars and vases to enhance the colourscheme of your poolside wedding. We recommend combining the bright green of this ribbon with classic white and pale pink or lilac roses and peonies.
