Cakes, coffee… and Brizzolari! Sigep is the most famous international trade fair for gelateria, pastries, bakeries and coffee. This year marked its 40th year and since it is dedicated exclusively to those in the trade, at Brizzolari we decided to go live with our brand new item for the industry: the TUO show curtain.
